Robert A. Schmitz, CPA/ABV, CVA - Rocky River, Ohio
Bob Schmitz joined Schultz, Krahe, Martin & Long in 1972 as an auditor after a stint in the US Air Force. He joined Keister, Radice & Company in 1977 and was named Asst Managing Partner in 1986. He left to form Schmitz, Corrigan, Krause & Company in 1992 where he serves as President. Bob has been vey active as a consultant, particularly in the area of business valuations. He earned a Bachelors degree in Business administration from Cleveland State in 1972.

Charles Pelanne – Chagrin Falls, Ohio
Charley, formerly an executive with Union Carbide Corporation and Advanced Ceramics Corporation, brings to the SecuReach Board over 24 years of world wide general management, sales and marketing experience, along with skills in strategic thinking. Mr. Pelanne holds a B.S.degree in economics from the University of Paris (France) and an M.B.A. from Georgia State University in Atlanta.
Since General Electric Specialty Materials Division acquisition of Advanced Ceramics Corporation in November 2002, Charley has focused on strategic management consulting in diverse manufacturing and service situations helping executives focus and align their organizations on new strategic directions and/or new market penetration strategies.
He is also an adviser and/or board member of Peritec BioSciences Ltd. (a medical device start-up in partnership with the Cleveland Clinic), and the North East Ohio French-American Chamber of Commerce (FACC).
Steven M. Pap, MD – Medina, Ohio
Dr. Pap founded SecuReach Systems in 2005 after a 30 year career in medicine. Steve did his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Akron City Hospital after graduating from The Ohio State University College of Medicine. In 1981 he and his family moved to Medina, Ohio to begin what would be a very successful 23 years delivering babies and providing gynecological services to thousands of patients in the area. SecuReach is a logical outgrowth of his passion for people and patient safety.
Reed Klein – Pepper Pike, Ohio
Reed joined SecuReach in 2007 as Executive Vice President bringing over 20 years of sales and marketing experience from the liability insurance industry. Reed’s insurance industry experience is unique in that he has held leadership positions both with insurance carriers and brokers representing them. His primary focus has always been healthcare providers, serving clients as diverse as hospital systems, clinics, multispecialty practices and solo physicians.
At SecuReach, Reed has taken charge of the entire marketing and sales process and in so doing has refocused the energies of the company in positive directions. Reed earned a Bachelor of Science, Marketing degree from The Ohio State University in 1972 while on a full four-year athletic scholarship in gymnastics. He was elected team captain his senior year.
Sally C. Pap – Medina, Ohio
Sally is the Operations Manager and principal shareholder of SecuReach. Using her experience working in physicians' offices, she developed the plan for client training and follow up which has resulted in a 98% retention rate in the company. She also manages employee hiring, payroll and benefits.
Previously she worked at Business and Human Resource Manager for Medina County Ob-Gyn. She also served as executive director of Birthcare of Medina County from 1985-2001. She graduated from John Carroll University and has done graduate work in Public Administration at the University of Akron.
