Make It Work For Your Practice

Benefiting Patients and Your Practice

The feedback we have received since creating this system has been extremely gratifying. We encourage our clients to make suggestions on ways to improve the system – in fact, Version 2.0 (deployed April, 2008) included improvements based on client suggestions.  Our 98% retention rate all speaks volumes about the efficacy of the system.

Even more exciting has been the response of Malpractice Insurance Carriers.  At the time of this writing (9/1/2008) we have three carriers giving 2-5% discounts on malpractice premiums for any physician who uses our system.  Since our costs are so low (averages $125/month/full time physician) many clinicians can actually make money by using our system.  Another carrier is paying for the install for any physician who signs up.  Others encourage the use of our system through the risk management departments of the company.  Anecdotally, internal statistics suggest that SecuReach may prevent claims by up to 20%.  A closed claims study is ongoing to document this.  Prospective studies are also being planned.

Keeping Costs Down for You

As a practicing physician for 27 years, I am well aware of the two pitfalls to most practices – increasing expenses and decreasing revenues. That is why SecuReach will always keep our costs down as much as possible. Most of our sales presentations and office tutorials are offered online to reduce outside sales expenses. We are always looking for ways to streamline our operations to benefit our clients.

SecuReach does not utilize long-term contracts to use our system. Your practice can be up and running within two weeks, and then you simply pay month-to-month. If for any reason you decide to cancel the system, you may do so at any time. That is how certain we are that you’ll see the benefit of SecuReach for you and your patients.

SecuReach – one part of the solution to the malpractice crisis

I wish you the best of luck with your practice in today’s litigious environment. I hope that the malpractice crisis is solved so that fewer physicians have to quit their practices prematurely.
