Each resident’s responsible party is provided with a custom communication card (credit card quality) with a unique box number and pin number. When communication is required, the staff member dictates a message into our application via a USB port microphone. The SecuReach system calls the resident’s responsible party with a generic message indicating a message has been dictated into their private voicemail box. When the message is received the responsible party simply calls the toll-free number, inputs the box and pin numbers and listens to the message. Since the voicemail box is private it satisfies HIPAA regulations.
