The SecuReach Solution – How the system works.
To begin, each patient receives a laminated plastic card that can be customized with specific information about your practice. The card also contains each patient’s voicemail box number and pin number to access messages. The patient card also serves as an excellent marketing tool.
When a test result returns to the office, the physician or staff member simply goes online to access the web-based SecuReach application, then dictates the results via voice-over-IP. Routine messages (such as negative test results) can be saved as a template to be used easily in the future.

Our system contacts the patient immediately notifying them that the office has left a message – the dialer calls continuously between 9 am and 9 pm until it reaches a person, pager, voicemail or answering machine. The patient simply calls the toll free number on their patient card to retrieve the message at any time. If the message is not received, the process will start again the next day.

After setting up a practice in our system, SecuReach will automatically send test reminders via voice and email when a test has not been completed. The system can call patients to remind them of upcoming appointments, future tests or annual examinations – all done automatically with no further input from your staff.
Best of all, the home page of the web site will update you daily on all patients who have been noncompliant in following orders for tests or referrals, or who have not received their test result message.
