The SecuReach Solution – How the system works.

When a test result returns to the office, the physician or staff member simply goes online to access the web-based SecuReach application, then dictates the results via voice-over-IP. Routine messages (such as negative test results) can be saved as a template to be used easily in the future.

Our system contacts the patient immediately notifying them that the office has left a message – the system calls continuously between 9 am and 9 pm until it reaches a person, pager, voicemail or answering machine. The patient simply calls the toll free number on their patient card to retrieve the message at any time. If the message is not received, the process will start again the next day.
